Construction management is planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

site safety. Construction managers act as the point of contact between clients, contractors, and ensures projects are completed
on time and to specified requirements and regulatory standards.
All work is performed by licensed trained proffesionals. The work is divided into several phases, each with its own set of tasks.
There may be a number of different contractors and proffesionals performing the work. You may not see them all at once as the project is being worked on.
The contractor may be performing the work alone or with a team of other contractors. Plumbing and electrical work is performed by licensed and certified professionals.
Many different aspects of the project may be performed by individuals or teams who specialize in a particular area.
Any jobs that are not covered by a bond or insurance policy are subject to the risk of loss. The risk of loss is covered by a bond or insurance policy.
